I've just found this quote on the NCC website.
“In the past 12 months, we have made major improvements to the waste services provided to the Newcastle community. The changes to the bulk waste system are a continuation of these service improvements and will provide more flexibility for property owners in disposing bulk waste.”
You made this statement I believe and it's phenomonally untrue. Please call me as soon as possible in regards to this matter. My phone number is 49681899. I need some bulk waste collected. why would you lie about improving a service when basically you've stopped providing it. That's incredibly dishonest.
